ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Waiting is a watercolor painting created by artist Pamela Awana Lee. The simple composition features detailed texture and pattern while capturing a reflective mood. She notes, "Since this painting I have progressed technically in the handling of paint. The progression has come with continued practice and study. But, art is more than craft and the knowledge of technique. It embraces expression, mood, mystery, and emotion."
