
AIE grants invest in partnerships between schools, community and arts organizations, and teaching artists. These partnerships ensure that arts instruction is an essential part of basic education for pre-school and K-12 students.
Our grants support professional development for arts educators. They also help to build the capacity of arts education initiatives. Together we serve students, families, and communities.

Grant Categories
This grant supports regional partnerships between Educational Service Districts, school districts, teaching artists, and early learning educators.
Applications open April 24 through September 18, 2020.
Our program supports culturally responsive professional learning and site-based workshops for communities.

This grant supports new arts education partnerships between schools and community organizations.
Applications closed.
This grant supports already-established programs and partnerships. Programs should have well-developed arts learning initiatives.
Applications open March 2021.
