ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Artist Tom Jay created Ravens for Chimacum High School on the Olympic Peninsula. The three sculpted ravens are bronze, each with a unique pose. Two of the birds appear to fly, while one perches on a wooden beam. Ravens are a significant part of the culture, history, and environment of the Northwest.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Chimacum School District.
