Inspired by the emotion and tone conveyed in composer Chopin's piano Preludes, Prelude II is a small painting from a series of artworks that explore the relationship between music and painting. The color story and composition of deer figures in thie piece express a peaceful feeling and atmosphere.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Mount Baker School District.
