ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Artist Sonja Blomdahl's rondelles brighten Panther Lake Elementary's library and entrance. Their title honors the school's art-loving principal Tom Capp, who died while the artwork was being created. Rondelles are blown glass flattened into circular discs.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Federal Way Public Schools.
