Barbara Barnes Allen created Lonely Heart Saw his Shadow Like a Cloud as part of her body of sculptural artworks that depict architectural structures composed from collage and found objects. This piece features a copy of a self-portrait by the Dutch master artist Rembrandt.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Edmonds School District.
