ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Artist Kristin Tollefson created the concrete tiled walkway titled 'Ebb and Flow' in reference to the constant flow and sinuous curves of the Snohomish River. She notes that the freestanding sculptural cylinders "suggest pier pilings marked by fluctuating water levels and double as seating perches for passersby."
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Snohomish School District.
