This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Edmonds Community College.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Artist Parks Anderson creates sculptures and installations in a variety of media. He received his Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Washington in 1973. Anderson worked closely with artist Dale Chihuly from the 1980s until the early 2020s, when he returned to his own studio practice on Fox Island in the Puget Sound.
