ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Study is a mixed media sculpture created by artist Heather Ramsay. The diorama-like composition features miniature objects you might find in a library or study. She places these elements into a surreal context, with a spiral staircase circling a leafless tree.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Battle Ground School District.
