ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Stream Walk is ceramic tile mural created by artist Amanda Jaffe. It features a central stream running through each tile. The colorful forms surrounding the stream are an abstract representation of the natural landscape of the Pacific Northwest. Placed in a hallway, the artist notes, “The piece is to be relaxing for the students as they walk by the flowing water and enjoy the beautiful color.”
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Sumner School District.
