Harlow Morgan
(American, born 1957)
Location: Cedar Heights Middle School, Covington
ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Artist Harlow Morgan created Rosa & Tita by first printing a monotype background, on which she layered colorful acrylic paint and pastels. Her work focuses on an exploration of our relationships with one another. She notes, "As I work, I often experience personalities and stories taking form. It's as if there is a dialogue, a history, unfolding before me as I paint".
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Kent School District.
