Artist Peter Alexander creates sculptures, paintings, drawings and prints that explore color relationships, form, and light. He is best known for his colorful, translucent geometric sculptures made from industrial resin, and his association with the Light and Space movement of Southern California in the 1960s and 70s. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. His works are part of the collections of many major museums and institutions.
