Julie Paschkis

Seattle-based artist Julie Paschkis creates paintings and textile artworks. She is also an author and illustrator of children's books.

Paschkis was born in Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School for American Craftsmen in Rochester, New York. She received a teaching certificate from the University of Washington in Seattle and has taught art at the Bush School in Seattle.
