'Biomechanical Futures 1' is part of a series of six sculptures by artist Kim David Hall. The artist hand-formed these works using a polymer material. Their forms are inspired by microscopic life. Interested in looking closer at growth and technology, Kim David Hall made these sculptures on a very large scale.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Bellingham Technical College.
