Kim Brown

(American, born 1954)

Kim Brown is a Portland, Oregon-based artist who creates site-specific installations and public art.

Brown studied architecture and art, and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Otis Art Institute of Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles in 1988. She has lived and worked mainly on the west coast of the U.S., from California to Alaska. From 1996 to 2002, she taught at the University of Alaska at Anchorage.
