Poulsbo, Western Washington-based artist Duane Pasco is a master wood carver and sculptor. His works are influenced by Northwest Coastal Native American traditions.
Born in Seattle, Pasco moved with his family to Alaska in early childhood. In the early 1970s he served as an art instructor in Northern British Columbia, Canada, before returning to the Seattle area. He is a self-taught artist.
