David Robbins is a Seattle-based fine art and editorial photographer. His travel and documentary photographs have appeared in the National Geographic Traveler, National Geographic Adventure, and the New York Times Magazine. He is the founder and director of a Photo Nomad Tours, providing cultural immersion tours and photography workshops in Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Morocco, and Jordan. Born in Massachusetts, he was fascinated by the landscape of the American west, and travelled around the country for two years following high school. He returned to New England and briefly attended community college to formally study photography. He then moved to Bellingham, Western Washington where he ran a photography workshop.
