About the Artist
Northwest photographer David H. Wilson, Jr. creates abstracted landscape compositions that explore manipulated perspectives. This composition style allows the viewer to remove "a startling and original scene from its surroundings."Wilson grew up in northern Ohio and earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. In 1974, he moved to Portland, Oregon, where he practiced law. He has had a lifelong interest and love for birding, canoeing, rafting, and the outdoors.
