Artist Nola Avienne created the circular imagery of memory loss by means of a magnetic drawing machine that embeds iron filings into paper. The artist's work investigates "the tensions between art and science, chaos and order, humor and discomfort."

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Peninsula College.
