About the Artwork

Part three of artist Karen Guzak's five-part installation at South Seattle College, 'Integrator Grid Mural' consists of sixteen hand-colored lithographs overlooking the college library staircase. Guzak's five-part installation celebrates technology and the value of work. It is interactive in nature as students will walk through and around the artwork parts, and it is unified by the motif of circles and arcs in the artwork as well as in the students' paths around it.
