About the Artwork

Artist Clint Brown created this eighteen-foot tall sculpture for the Washington State University campus. The geometric design and reflective quality of the surface play with light, color, and form in harmony with the surrounding architecture. Installed in the plaza next to the Eastlick Biosciences Building, viewers can see it from many different angles and pathways. The artist notes that the piece "suggests in a symbolic way the concern for structure and growth of the biosciences."

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Washington State University.
