Senior Project Manager | Art in Public Places360-485-1261Valerie Peterman is thrilled to return to the Art in Public Places team as Senior Project Manager. Passionate about the power of public art to make meaning and teach empathy within our communities, Valerie brings collaborative leadership to her role managing statewide public art acquisitions and supporting AIPP’s team of project managers. Valerie previously worked for the Art in Public Places team as the Writer and Researcher for My Public Art Portal, as Curated Projects Coordinator, and as a Project Manager. She most recently served as Digital Media & Online Programs Manager for the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. She holds a MA in Philosophy and Art from SUNY Stony Brook, and a BA in Philosophy from Colorado College.
