Artist Linda Carlin Gordon created the realistic drawing Columbia Shore. She based the imagery on the Columbia River shoreline at a park in Richland, Southeastern Washington.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Pioneer School District.

Richland, Southeastern Washington-based artist Linda Carlin Gordon (1940-2008) created drawings and prints. She received an Associate of Arts degree from Columbia Basin College in 1976 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Central Washington University in Ellensburg in 1978. She received a Master of Fine Arts degree in drawing and printmaking from Central Washington University in 1982.
