About the Artist

Charles Miller is an artist who lives in Port Angeles, on the Olympic Peninsula in Northwestern Washington. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his family moved to Tacoma, Western Washington, where Miller spent his childhood and attended school. He began to create watercolor paintings in 1965.
