About the Artwork

Artist Tucker Petertil creates works of art informed by his love of music, his interest in spirituality, and the experience of temporarily losing his sight. His three-panel mosaic Ecstasy on Strawberry Wine references ancient religious triptychs carried by monks on pilgrimages. The imagery features an abstract landscape and a wheel form.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Washington State Arts Commission.
