About the Artwork
Artist Frank Video initiated the Personal Marker Wall installation for Seattle Central College. It is comprised of a series of tiles created by the Seattle Central College community each year. Video refers to the installation as an "incremental sculpture" that serves as a "long term historical marker of the lives and times at Seattle Central College." Video used historical images from Seattle Public School Archives to initiate the project. He screen printed these images onto ceramic tiles.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Seattle Central College.
