Tom McClelland's "Juggling Act" was commissioned for Eastern Washington University's School of Social Work, housed in Senior Hall. The juggling figures represent the benefits of adaptability and play.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Eastern Washington University.

Washington artist Tom McClelland creates public artworks in a variety of mediums.
McClelland received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Northwestern Washington. He received a Master of Fine Arts degree in sculpture from Washington State University in Pullman, Eastern Washington.
