This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Tahoma School District.
About the Artist
Tram Bui creates meticulous paintings that depict buildings under construction, composed in bright colors and an exaggerated perspective.Bui was born in Vietnam in 1972 and earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Washington in Seattle in 2001. Her artworks have been featured in the 2004 Northwest Biennial at Tacoma Art Museum and the Northwest Emerging Artists Portable Works exhibition in 2009.
