About the Artwork
'Camas Pages' by artist Judith Caldwell celebrates the local history of papermaking work in Camas, Southwestern Washington. Both teachers and students contributed "pages" with written text, drawings, and designs to be used on the artwork. From these, Caldwell made 105 cast bronze panels and fastened them to the lower portion of the columns.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Camas School District.
