ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Donald Hopkins' Edge of Boundary print is a picture-within-a-picture. He has placed a water scene within another scene of a pointing hand. It makes us question what we are looking at and what is the real focal point. Should we look at what the hand is pointing to or is it a trick?
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Pierce College.
