ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Slightly Centered is a hand-woven basket by artist Dona Anderson, created using traditional basketry techniques. Of her process developing the design and concept for her artworks, Anderson notes "I see myself as a fiber architect, able to construct my basket house any way I want."
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Bethel School District.
