ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Reflections is a kinetic sculptural installation created by artist team Tim Prentice and David Colbert. They created three suspended banners to highlight the brightly lit entrance hallway at Woodland High School. They used reflective aluminum plates and translucent Lexan plastic plates to catch light and movement in different ways. Each panel ripples gracefully in the surrounding air currents.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Woodland School District.
