ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Spin Cycle is a hand-stitched quilt by textile artist Sally Sellers. It features glass beadwork to create pattern and line in the composition. It is the first in a series of hand-stitched and beaded quilts, and represents a departure from the artist's machine appliqued compositions.
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Tacoma School District.
