ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Community is one part of two companion mosaics created by artists Carl Bryant and Sandra Bryant that express concepts of growth and togetherness. This bold, curved mosaic greets students as they enter the school. The artists note that the imagery "represents the concept of strength and growth through working together, playing to each individual's strengths and abilities to create something better for all. "
This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Wapato School District.
