Location: Grays Harbor College, Aberdeen

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Karen Guzak created Geometries: Cross in the early 1990s at a time when she was combining early computer imaging techniques with plate lithography. This work and others in the series are made by printing multiple plates, some with imagery executed using the computer and others derived by hand, adding a sense of both order and energy, art and technology.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Grays Harbor College.
