ArtsWA is seeking a Program Specialist for the Tribal Cultural Affairs (TCA) program. In this position, you will handle various tasks like tech support for online events, keeping records, managing contracts, handling invoices, assisting grant panels, tracking budgets, and other administrative duties.

Some of your specific activities include:

  • Manage grant applications & final reports
  • Screen grant applications for eligibility and completion
  • Manage grant panel logistics
  • Receive grant payment requests and prepare invoices for manager approval
  • Schedule travel, including airfare, hotels, rental cars, as well as reimbursement requests
