75% of reflectors replaced

Milestone: 75% of reflectors have been replaced. The construction crew has completed twenty of Circle of Light’s twenty-four sections. We’re following the restoration of Richard C. “Dick” Elliott’s Circle of Light (1992) in Yakima, which had fallen into disrepair in the decades since its installation.
