25% of reflectors replaced

Milestone: 25% of reflectors replaced. The construction crew has completed eight of Circle of Light’s twenty-four sections. That is approximately 16,000 reflectors they have applied to the building’s concrete tension ring! The crew is making good time, especially when they can access panels from scaffolding. The scaffolding allows three workers to install the reflectors simultaneously.

We’re following the restoration of Richard C. “Dick” Elliott’s Circle of Light (1992) in Yakima, which had fallen into disrepair in the decades since its installation.
