Once you have determined that you are eligible to apply and before beginning the application, please use the following checklist.

1. Select 10 digital images of your artwork, preferably of work made within the last five years. If you only have slides of your work, convert your slides to digital images.
2. Format and resize selected images.
3. For each artwork gather: title, date, medium, dimensions, budgets, commissioning agencies, and location.
4. Write short descriptive narratives describing the context of the artwork for each selected image (250 character limit per artwork).
5. Write an artist’s statement (1,000 character limit) describing the focus of your studio work or public art practice and how it informs your approach to site-responsive public art. Include the media in which you are most fluent and the themes that inspire you. If your cultural heritage is important to your work, please describe.
6. Create a 2-page resume (PDF, DOC, RTF).
