Grants to Organizations - Large Arts Institutions

We have suspended operating support grants. All eligible organizations are encouraged to apply for the appropriate level of Project Support.

This funding program traditionally recognizes the high value and quality of services contributed to the state’s cultural life by its large professional arts institutions. These organizations have an annual operating budget of $1 million or above.

Organizations eligible for support from this program offer a regular season of professional performances or exhibitions, have full-time professional staff, and employ artists at professional scale. Grant awards are based on peer review of artistic quality and administrative credentials.
