Exemplary ApplicationsThe two applications posted below represent examples of highly rated proposals for the Fiscal Year 2008 cycle. These PDFs include the application's cover page, consortium partnership page (with contact info removed), the narrative, and the budget form. We have not posted other application elements, including resumes of key personnel, letters of support, and work samples, which are also important components of the complete application. These applications are posted here to provide a sense of the types of programs and partnerships we are seeking, and the quality of the applications. (Please note: the budget forms included in these sample applications show the amount of WSAC funding requested, not the amount actually granted. This years grantees were funded at levels ranging from 60%-95% of their request.)
Methow Arts Alliance, based in Twisp, has received funding through the consortia grant program for 9 years. This application received one of the highest ratings from this year's grant review panel, and was approved for two-year funding. Methow Arts Alliance Application (PDF)
The Museum of Northwest Art, based in La Conner, is a newer consortia grantee, going into their second year of funding. This application was rated among the second tier of applications overall, but was the highest rated application among the newer consortia programs. Their proposal was approved for one-year funding.
