The King County Bar Association offers, How to Form a Nonprofit Organization in Washington State, a booklet which includes sample forms, by-laws, and articles of incorporation.

 

Washington's Department of Revenue is a great source for information about starting a business in the State of Washington.

 

Washington's Office of the Insurance Commissioner publishes, An Insurance Guide for Nonprofit Organizations.

 

The national Arts and Business Council website also hosts the national Business Volunteers for the Arts site, the Online Marketing Resources for the Arts database, and the Arts to Business Databank: Interactive Service Guide to the Arts.
